Privacy Policy

Who we are

The website masterman.ge is run by Masterman (a private individual), providing installation, repair and maintenance of air conditioners and heating systems in Tbilisi and the surrounding area. Masterman is the controller responsible for processing your personal data. Details of the responsible individual are available on request. In this policy, “we” refers to Masterman.

  • Email: info@masterman.ge
  • Website: masterman.ge

This policy covers our website and the information you share with us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

What data we collect

Contact form. When you send a request through the website, we receive:

  • your name (required);
  • your phone number (required);
  • your email address (optional);
  • your address or district (optional);
  • the service you need, for example air conditioner repair or boiler installation (required);
  • your message (optional).

Form submissions are sent to our email and may also be stored in the website’s administration panel.

Calls, WhatsApp and email. If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive your phone number or email address, your name and anything you choose to tell us, such as your address, the model of your unit, a description of the problem or a photo.

Technical data. When you visit the website, the server and the site’s security system automatically record your IP address, browser type, the time of your visit and the pages you open. We use this only to keep the site working and secure.

We do not ask for special category data (for example, health information). Please do not send it to us.

Why we use your data

  • to answer your questions and give advice;
  • to agree on the time and address of a visit;
  • to carry out the work and contact you about it;
  • to keep the website secure;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

We process data on the basis of your consent, to agree on and provide the service you ask for, to comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests (such as website security). We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses one functional cookie, pll_language. It remembers which language (Georgian or English) you are browsing in, lasts for 1 year and contains no personal information.

At present, the website does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools, and no cookies are set for those purposes. If we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but it may not remember your language choice.

The site contains links to WhatsApp and Google Maps (reviews). These are plain links: once you follow one, that service’s own privacy policy applies.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising. Your data may only be accessible to service providers we need to run the website and our work:

  • our hosting provider, whose server hosts the website;
  • our email service provider, which we use to send and receive email;
  • WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us that way (WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms);
  • public authorities, only where the law requires it.

Some providers may process data outside Georgia. Where this happens, we follow the requirements of Georgian law.

How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We keep requests sent through the contact and callback forms, along with visit-related data, for 12 months. Where the law requires a longer period, we follow that period. After that, we delete the data or make sure it can no longer identify you. This retention period does not apply to comments published on the site or to reviews left on Google Maps.

Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your data is processed and get a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, updated or completed;
  • ask us to stop processing your data, or to delete or destroy it;
  • ask us to block your data;
  • withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can complain to the supervisory authority. Since 2 March 2026, the State Audit Office of Georgia (sao.ge) has taken over the functions of the former Personal Data Protection Service. You can also go to court.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures: the site runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection and is protected by a security system, and only people who need your data for their work can access it.

Contact us

For any privacy question or request, email info@masterman.ge or call +995 557 14 09 40. We will reply within the time limits set by law. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when needed. The current version is always available on this page.
